Protective Styles: Beneficial For Fall/Winter

Hello everyone,
What I wanted to talk about today is protective styles and the benefits of them especially since the Fall is here and winter is soon to come. We are going to start taking out the sweaters, the scarfs, and the hats we want to make sure our hair is still protected and maintain its healthiness. I have been rocking protective styles myself lately so wanted to share this...

What Is Protective Styles?
Protective styles are styles that keeps the ends of your hair safe from breakage or split ends keeping it off of your shoulders.
French twists with bun
Examples: such as buns, wigs, twists, braids, sew-in weaves

Why Protective Styles Are Good In FALL/WINTER?
Protective Styles are best during the Fall and Winter months because during that time we wear alot of sweaters, scarfs, hats and coats since the weather is cold. Since we wear these things the protective style keeps our hair from rubbing on these heavy items to prevent hair damage such as breakage, thinning and split ends. Honestly though you can wear protective styles anytime of the year not just Fall or Winter.

The Benefits of Protective Styling...
*Low Maintenance
*Saves Time & Energy
*Maintains Hair Growth
*Hair Grows Thicker
                                            *Styles Are Versatile

What is the Inversion Method?

It's a method in which your hair can grow about an inch in 7 days by invert position (upside
down position) *Suggestions: Do not do while pregnant or if you feel dizziness*

How do I do the Inversion Method?
There's different ways you can do it but its whatever you feel comfortable in doing it. Also check out different youtube videos on ideas on what invert position works for you.

Set Back

Hey bloggers,
I know its been a few months since I last posted but wanted to give ya'll the scoop of what's been going on with my hair. I had a little bit of a setback since my ends was uneven and horrible I had my hairdresser cut my ends. I do miss my length but rather it look nice a full than thin and long. I haven't been consistant in taking the "Hairfinity" hair vitamins...I know shame on me :( Just have alot of things going on but I will order more and do my best to keep up with it. Wanted to post a pic of my starting point for now and then in 6 months post an after pic. I am currently wearing a lace front wig at the moment I was wearing clip ins but for some reason it was pulling my hair. So leaving that alone for a moment. Still using Shea Moisture products I'm washing my hair every two weeks may go back to every week and that's it so far. Thinking of a style for this summer, I'll post it up as soon as I figure it out. Have a great week...ttys...xoxo

My Opinion: On Moisturizers for My Hair

I was using Olive Oil Mango Butter Moisturizer (Elasta QP) since my Shea Moisture Yucca & Baobab Thickening Growth Milk ran out. After using it for awhile I decided to get some more Shea Moisture Thickening Milk and to use that again, not to say Olive Oil Mango Butter
